How do I book a court?
Open the app, select your preferred date and time, choose an available court, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation immediately.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to "My Bookings" in the app, select the booking you wish to cancel, and tap "Cancel Booking". Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will receive credits to your account.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment gateway powered by Baiduri Bank.
Can I get a refund?
Cancellations receive credits to your account balance, which can be used for future bookings. Credits do not expire.
How do I check my booking history?
Tap on "My Bookings" in the app to view all your past and upcoming reservations.
The app isn't working. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, ensure you have the latest version installed. Contact us via email or WhatsApp if you need further assistance.
