Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the PickleballBN mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
PickleballBN provides a platform for users to:
- Browse available pickleball courts
- Book court reservations
- Manage bookings and schedules
- Purchase credits or memberships
- Receive booking notifications
User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the booking system.
Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment
- All prices are displayed in Brunei Dollars (BND)
- Payments are processed securely through Baiduri Bank
- Cancellation policies vary by venue
User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Make fraudulent bookings
- Interfere with the App's operation
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Resell or transfer bookings for profit
Venue Rules
When visiting venues booked through the App, follow venue rules, arrive on time, treat staff and players with respect, and wear appropriate sports attire.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for venue conditions or injuries at venues.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brunei Darussalam.
