By downloading, installing, or using the PickleballBN app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be at least 13 years old
- Users under 18 require parental consent
- Provide accurate registration information
- One account per person
Booking Windows:

Booking Rules:

Important: All refunds are processed as PickleballBN Credits, not cash. Refund credits are usable at management-assigned venue(s).
PickleballBN is a partner venue of the UniPlay sports booking platform. Two types of credits may be used for bookings:
A. PickleballBN Credits

Key Differences:
- PickleballBN Credits: Valid only at PickleballBN venues (Lamunin, BSB, Tutong, Temburong)
- UniPlay Credits: Valid at ALL UniPlay partner venues across Brunei, including PickleballBN
- Credits cannot be converted or transferred between types
- When booking, you can choose which credit balance to use (if you have both)
Credit Expiry: Credits expire as displayed in your wallet at the time of issuance. Expiry periods vary based on the type of credit (promotional, refund, welcome bonus, etc.). Check your wallet for specific expiry dates.
Legal Notice: Both PickleballBN Credits and UniPlay Credits are promotional booking vouchers. They are not electronic money, stored value, or legal tender. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. PickleballBN Credits are issued by Racquet & Co. UniPlay Credits are issued by JW Ventures.
How to Earn Credits:
- Cancellation refunds (PickleballBN Credits - usable at management-assigned venue)
- Promotional offers and campaigns
- Welcome bonuses for new users
- Compensation for service issues
- UniPlay Credits: Purchase through UniPlay platform for use across all partner venues
- All prices in Brunei Dollars (BND)
- Payments processed by PCI-compliant providers
- We do not store your payment card details
- Bookings are final upon successful payment
- Failed payments result in booking cancellation
You agree to:
- Use the app for legitimate court bookings only
- Respect venue rules and other players
- Arrive on time for your bookings
- Wear appropriate sports attire
Prohibited:
- Booking courts for resale or commercial purposes
- Creating multiple accounts
- Sharing account credentials
- Attempting to disrupt the service

Operating hours and specific rules vary by venue. Please check the app for details.
- Court bookings made at your own risk
- We facilitate bookings but do not operate venues
- Venues are independent operators with their own rules
- Maximum liability limited to booking amount paid
- We are not liable for weather-related cancellations
You may: Delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may: Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the booking system.
Note: Outstanding bookings must be resolved before account deletion. Credits may be forfeited upon account closure.
We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of significant changes through the app or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam. Disputes will be resolved in Brunei courts.
